Acting Administrator Laura Grimm, Comms Director Kim Doster, and LCDR Blair Delean joined NWS Director Ken Graham and Chief of Staff for a tour of the National Data Buoy Center (NDBC), its Maritime Operations Center, and fabrication facility.
