Some people build products. Others build rhythm into everything they do. From the outside, those things don’t seem related. But watch closely, and the pattern starts to emerge. Bharatanatyam is a classical Indian dance built on precision, timing, and storytelling. It rewards discipline. It demands practice. And it leaves no room for shortcuts. She still dances it today. That same rhythm shows up in her work. Long before product management was a title, she was drawn to how things worked. Around age nine, after watching her brother, curiosity for technology took hold. Not just the what, but the why. A Founders’ Award recognizes exceptional service, leadership, and lasting impact. At Mad Mobile, it reflects the values set by our founders, Greg Schmitzer and Bruce Bennett, and is awarded annually to someone who consistently moves the business forward in meaningful ways. In her role as Product Manager, she is a connector of people and ideas. She works hand in hand with engineering, brings clarity to complex problems, and leads with both rigor and heart. A builder who listens closely, thinks deeply, and elevates the teams around her. Having grown up in Sri Lanka and moved to the US nine months ago, her journey reflects the same courage and commitment she brings to her work every day. Whether continuing her dance practice or shaping products that power real businesses, the throughline is the same. Most POS companies rely on outside processors. We now operate as a true payments infrastructure company, connecting the entire journey from guest to payout across one modern AI-first platform. With the support of Visa, SouthState Bank, and RS2, Mad Mobile can deliver faster access to funds, transparent pricing, and stronger economics for restaurants and retailers nationwide.
