Manassas refuses to leave anyone behind! ✨ The City offers the GRADUATE! program, a fully funded initiative that gives every resident the opportunity to earn their GED. The program covers all costs for materials, instruction, and testing. As a bonus, graduates are rewarded with a $250 Heart Beat gift card to spend at their favorite local businesses. Since the program's launch in 2021, 37 residents have completed the program and passed the exam.
