A Saturday morning well spent at Maryland State Highway Administration‘s 2nd annual Thank a Safety Responder Day— the kickoff for #CrashResponderSafetyWeek! (Nov 17 - 21) This event offered the community a chance to show gratitude and support for the emergency responders who risk their lives to keeping our public and transportation systems safe. Families enjoyed hands-on activities, and kids had the chance to explore emergency response vehicles, create thank-you cards for responders, and even tour the Statewide Operations Center. Learn more about Crash Responder Safety Week—and how you can keep yourself, others, and road workers safe—at roads.maryland.gov.
