Jeff loves to run. He’s proud to be an #ultramarathoner. “It’s just pushing myself to the absolute limit, doing something that not everybody can do,” he says. From her home in St. Louis, Joya worried that she had exhausted her options to battle the debilitating pain and weakness in her lower back, hips and down both legs. Then came her breakthrough.
