Our MD Integrations team had a great week at HLTH Inc. 2025 in Vegas! Here are our team's top three takeaways:
1. The market is hungry for scalable, physician-led infrastructure.
Nearly every brand we spoke with—whether a pharmacy, wearable company, or DTC health startup—faces a similar challenge of scaling patient care quickly without sacrificing quality or compliance. Our asynchronous model and white-labeled API really resonated with growth-focused companies that suddenly experience demand surges (for example, influencer-driven traffic or product launches) and need a trusted physician network they can plug into immediately.
2. Physician network management is becoming a major operational challenge.
We heard from multiple teams that built their own “homegrown” physician networks and are now feeling the growing pains—licensing complexity, compliance issues, and inconsistent patient experiences. Others are using third-party networks that don’t integrate seamlessly with their brand or workflow. Our model stood out because it lets them fully own their brand experience while maintaining high-quality, board-certified care standards.
3. Partnerships across wearables, pharmacies, and testing are shaping the next wave of virtual care.
The conversations with Withings, Ōura, UltraHuman, Tenovi, and Siphox showed just how much opportunity there is to connect devices, data, and doctors in one seamless experience. Whether it’s a smart scale, sleep tracker, or at-home lab test, brands want to close the loop between insights and action—turning health data into physician-guided care. We’re uniquely positioned to power that connection. AI-driven personalization, remote monitoring, and the growing focus on weight loss and longevity are clearly leading trends, and our physician-led model fits right at the center of it all.
