✨ Last week was our annual General Manager Retreat ✨ Our executive team and GM's enjoyed 2 full days at Brasada Ranch near Bend, OR, with time to relax and enjoy golf, relaxing at the pool, horseback riding, spa treatments, and excellent hospitality from the entire resort team. 🥰 We also had an incredible session with Diana Cutaia from Coaching Peace, which taught us about celebrating, confidence, and developing our teams even in stressful and demanding times. 🤩 As we move into budget planning and the final quarter of 2025, this event gave our team lots of time to enjoy all of our pillars: fun 😎 , growth 🪴 , community 🎉 , and setting the bar in hospitality excellence 🏆 !
