Founded in 1956, today Midas has grown to over 2,100 locations worldwide. In the early days, we sold the best muffler on the market and it included a national warranty “for as long as you own your car.” This was unheard of and soon, other companies followed our lead. Fast forward to today. Vehicles consistently perform well even with more than 100,000 miles. Drivers are owning their vehicles longer and driving more. Fittingly, the Midas brand has evolved to that of total car care experts, offering a wide variety of maintenance and repair services to support customers in maintaining their vehicles for as long as possible.

At Bradford Midas, we’re more than a repair shop... we’re neighbors. This month, our team at 121 Bridge St. had the honor of handing over the keys to a reconditioned 2006 Nissan Altima to local mom of four, Emily O’Keefe, through Project Spark. Just a few weeks ago, Emily’s car broke down, leaving her without reliable transportation for school drop-offs, doctor visits, and daily errands. Thanks to the hard work of our technicians (who even donated their after-hours time) and support from community partners, Emily now has safe and dependable wheels again. As Emily put it, “It means the world. Through Midas Project Spark, Regional Manager Harry Felton rallied local partners to support a veteran in his own Albany, NY community. With help from 1-800-Charity Cars, Advance Auto Parts, and others, he presented SPC Diana Izquierdo and her three children with a fully restored GMC Envoy. For Diana, an Army Supply Specialist in the National Guard, this was more than transportation. It was independence, stability, and hope after a season of setbacks. The study found that the majority of ChatGPT users are now women, despite being 80% men at time of launch in 2022. People open ChatGPT the most to search for answers and ask questions.
