Starting as an apprentice, Clint is now a superintendent leading teams on the Jacksonville Jaguars’ “Stadium of the Future” project. As our Workforce Development Regional Manager, Jeremy Davis shared: “One in five electricians is over 55. We’re focused on finding and training that next generation to build America.” We’re thrilled to partner with local organizations and the electrical union to create hands-on learning opportunities and long-term career paths in the skilled trades.
