Leaders create more leaders!
Organizations who focus only on technical skills are putting the success of their ability to attract, hire and RETAIN talent in jeopardy. People don’t leave companies they leave poor managers and questionable culture. What it takes to be a leader in your organization starts with actually establishing what success looks like when hiring. Your talent is watching. Being a true leader takes investment by the organization and the managers because being a manager doesn’t make you a leader. True leaders create more leaders!!! At Minorities in Cybersecurity and MiC Talent Solutions, Inc. we start with leadership as a core component of our cybersecurity workforce development efforts! Stay visible. Stay vocal. Never back down. #ReppinMiC #MiC2025 #MiCLeadership
