Every Portland Trail Blazers assist makes a real difference in Oregon communities. So far, the #ModaAssist Program has raised $38,080 on 1,904 on-court assists this season! At Friday's game, Moda Health and the Blazers presented a check to the city of Woodburn. These funds will help build an all-abilities playground at Woodburn’s Settlemier Park for all kids to play, connect and grow.
