This year, we expanded our infrastructure with a state-of-the-art Distributed Antenna System (DAS), delivering seamless 5G connectivity across our venues—including Mohegan Sun Arena, Casino of the Sky, and Casino of the Earth. It’s a major step forward in ensuring uninterrupted mobile access for guests and staff alike. We’re also proud to introduce several new IT initiatives: Forsta, a guest service tool enhancing feedback and engagement; UKG, a time and attendance platform streamlining workforce management; and Gaming Analytics, which empowers data-driven decision-making across our gaming operations. These innovations reflect our commitment to continuous improvement and operational excellence. Whether it’s launching “Meg,” our AI call center assistant, or supporting enterprise platforms like Workday and Asana, our IT professionals are driving secure, scalable, and data-driven solutions that keep Mohegan Sun connected and future-ready.

This is what it looks like to go Over the Edge at Mohegan Sun! Over the Edge is a fundraiser where participants raise pledges in exchange for the opportunity to rappel more than 30 stories from the top of Mohegan Sun’s Sky Tower. Every step from each rappeler was in support of Special Olympics Connecticut. Thank you to all of the fearless participants who took the scenic route down for an amazing cause! 💙
