The redevelopment of the University of Cincinnati’s Turner Design Center marked a key moment in the revitalization of the Short Vine/Corryville Business District. MSA Design created a space that serves both the Niehoff Urban Studio and the College of Design, Art, Architecture, and Planning—featuring functional studios, a gallery, seminar space, retail, and short-term residences for visiting faculty. Today, Sycamore High School broke ground on the Sadler Family Baseball & Softball Complex—a facility where the principles of teamwork and community come to life.   The initial phase of the project is now underway, featuring enhancements such as synthetic turf fields, upgraded fencing, improved dugouts, and additional amenities.   MSA Design is proud to partner with Conger Construction Group on this student-focused development rooted in opportunity, performance, and progress. MSA Sport worked with St. Xavier High School to bring their athletic vision to life through a comprehensive master plan and the design of a new multi-purpose complex. The completed project included a 6,000-seat stadium for soccer, football, and lacrosse, and a separate track and field facility with seating for 2,000. MarketPointe at the University of Cincinnati redefined what student dining could look like. Through thoughtful master planning and design, MSA partnered with the Parish to reimagine their campus and better serve their growing community. After completing a programmatic survey and site analysis, we developed multiple design alternatives—ultimately leading to a new 1,200-seat Sanctuary, chapels, gathering spaces, and expanded church facilities. MSA Design first partnered with the City of Mason to complete a Space Needs Analysis—laying the groundwork for a civic facility designed to grow with its community. Following that study, we provided full architectural services for a new Municipal Center that brings together administrative offices, court and finance departments, police, and council chambers.
