Our 2024 Sustainability Report highlights the progress we’ve made in advancing fair wages, expanding educational access, protecting the environment, and strengthening communities. ✨ Highlights from this year: 📘 Nearly 300 associates graduated from adult education programs, with many earning promotions through our bachelor’s degree program. 💰 Over 97% of associates earned a livable wage, supported by 55,000+ hours of training. 🌍 Reduced carbon intensity by 10.96% and improved water efficiency by 5.85%. 🤝 Through Fair Trade, invested $1.9M USD to impact 231,500+ lives in our communities.
