At Nautilus Solar, we’re proud to see #communitysolar gaining momentum across the country. Governor JB Pritzker's visit to our brand new Hampshire, IL site highlights the growing impact of #solar farms that don’t require rooftop panels or upfront costs. We officially opened this 7MW farm with a ribbon-cutting ceremony attended by Governor JB Pritzker and other key leaders. It's providing clean, affordable energy to over 600 low-income residents in Illinois. Our investment in #Illinois exceeds 200MW, with this Hampshire site being one of the early milestones in our expansion. Earlier this week, our #structuring, Partnership Development and legal teams had a great offsite at our new HQ in Chicago! They got to visit one of our #communitysolar farms and get an in-depth tour, they did a ton of sightseeing and enjoyed a bunch of laughs. We love when our teams get to collaborate in person.

We're proud to sponsor the fourth annual Lift As We Climb Golf Tournament in Queenstown, MD. It will be a day filled with great #golf, amazing company, and awesome prizes — all for an incredible cause. All proceeds from this event will be donated to the Lift As We Climb Foundation, a charitable organization founded by New Energy Equity dedicated to supporting organizations within the community that make a significant impact. They have chosen to support an organization that has identified obstacles for community members and are working every day to provide opportunities to those who need them most: Let's Share The Sun Foundation. This is a non-profit organization providing clean, reliable energy to communities in need. Focusing their efforts in countries like Haiti, Puerto Rico and Honduras, Let's Share The Sun builds #solar sites to power homes with medical needs, health clinics, domestic violence shelters and schools. They have installed over 300 kW of power to communities in need and work with over 1,000 beneficiaries.

🌞 Nautilus Solar is proud to support the community of #Delaware with a $100,000 donation to three outstanding local organizations: Boys & Girls Clubs of Delaware, Springboard Delaware & Whitehall Community Garden. These contributions will help each organization advance its mission, including partnering with the community to produce locally grown food, supporting youth development, and creating pathways to housing and stability. We believe in investing not just in #solar projects—but in people and partnerships that create long-term impact. Read more here: https://lnkd.in/eH8uPfH4

Last week, we held a successful ribbon cutting at our Exeter Mail community solar farm in Providence, Rhode Island. We celebrated the opening of this groundbreaking #solar farm project along with our partners at Veolia. The 6.5MW #communitysolar farm is one of three that supplies energy to the Rhode Island electric grid, in exchange for utility bill credits for regional housing authorities, lowering their operating costs and ultimately lowering #energy prices for public housing residents. The collaboration between PHARI, Nautilus, and Veolia is a first of its kind in the nation encompassing multiple public housing authorities under a single #renewableenergy contract. Thanks to Governor Daniel Mckee, Karin Hamel & Robert Coupe for coming out and helping us celebrate.

We’re proud to share that Nautilus Solar has secured $275 million in long-term debt financing to support the development of 25+ community solar projects across five states, including New York, Maryland, and Illinois. This marks the largest single debt raise in our history, and with new lending partners MUFG, SMBC Group, and Apterra Infrastructure Capital, we’re accelerating our mission to expand access to #cleanenergy nationwide. As our CFO Camelia Miu put it: “Most importantly, this capital accelerates our ability to deliver more community solar projects that expand access to the benefits of clean energy.” We’re building more than solar farms—we’re building #energy equity, climate resilience, and a brighter future for thousands of households.
