This November we gathered 35 of our power users in New York City for our first-ever two-day user event. We know how busy this time of year is. Did B2B Buyer Best Practices get better in 2025 vs 2024? After reviewing the websites of and booking demos with the top 100 SaaS companies: - 9% of websites had calendar schedulers (1% increase from last year) - 33% of websites had interactive demos (2% increase from last year) - 72% of websites had a pricing page (4% increase from last year) - 16% of companies did not respond to us (3% decrease from last year) Data from our 3rd B2B Buyer First Report with Chili Piper, where we look at the top B2B SaaS companies to see if they follow buyer first best practices.
