Re-dedication ceremonies were celebrated for Battery Park apartments and the Vanderbilt apartments in downtown Asheville on Tuesday. The substantial rehabilitation of these properties by National Church Residences has preserved 245 apartment homes between the two properties, insuring that they remain affordable for seniors living on a fixed income for many years to come.
