Last week, Salesforce hosted Dreamforce 2025 with over 1,500 sessions on AI and automation. The takeaway for healthcare being: AI isn't replacing work, it's creating space for teams to focus on what actually matters. That’s the philosophy Lindsey Giles operates from, leading our Salesforce team and helping the people we serve work more efficiently and stay better connected. She came to technology after studying Elementary Education at Brigham Young University - Idaho, where she developed an instinct for structure and clarity that now shapes how she builds systems. After earning her Salesforce certification, she applied that same rigor to workflow automation, data integrity, and the invisible architecture that keeps teams aligned. Based in Boise, Lindsey brings the same intentionality to life outside of work. Summer means mountain biking. Winter means snowboarding. Both remind her that balance, awareness, and timing matter as much on the trail as they do in her work. As AI reshapes how care is delivered and documented, Lindsey’s work reminds us that the systems we rely on should be intuitive and built for the people that use them. That’s the work that matters. 🔴

In 2025, “documentation” has become a bit of a buzzword across healthcare. For many clinicians, it’s the reason for late nights, extra clicks, and growing frustration. But at its core, documentation shows not just what was done but how expertise shaped the outcome. That’s the perspective Julie Schwarzenegger, our Senior Director of Account Management, brings after 20 years as an occupational therapist. She’s seen how effective documentation protects patients, providers, and outcomes, and how clarity in the record builds trust in care. Strong documentation, regardless of discipline, is the foundation of improvement. It captures reality so the next decision is even sharper than the last. We’re fortunate to learn from experts like Julie, who turn experience into clarity 🔴 #HealthcareLeadership

Day two of the NARA Fall Conference featured our own Holly Hester, Net Health’s Sr. Director of Client Experience, alongside Leigh Ann Frick, exploring what it takes to build a strong foundation for success in a value-based care model. Their session focused on leadership alignment, accountability, and the systems that turn value-based ideals into measurable outcomes. Proud to see Holly representing Net Health among peers advancing the future of rehab therapy. 🔴 #NARAFallConference 📸: National Association of Rehab Providers and Agencies (NARA)

If you’ve seen a Net Health booth at a tradeshow, you know that events are a big deal for us. They’re a core part of how we live our mission to connect and inspire. Events create the space for new ideas to surface and real relationships to form, and it’s one of the ways we turn innovation into something human. Our events guru, Halle Wade, put it best: “While digital tools have helped us stay connected, they can’t replace the power of being in the same room.” Innovation is everything to us, but we love it most when it brings people together. 🔴 #HealthcareLeadership #CompanyCulture #Events

Last week, our Pittsburgh crew gathered for the annual Net Health Potluck, an afternoon of good food, cornhole, Kan Jam, and catching up across teams. From pasta salad to homemade desserts, everyone brought something to the table, literally, and the day reminded us what makes this community special: people who show up for each other. Pittsburgh will always be more than our headquarters. It’s where our story keeps growing. 🔴 #CompanyCulture

Net Health is expanding what 24/7 client care can look like. We've deployed an AI support agent built on Salesforce’s Agentforce platform to provide real-time answers, open cases, and surface documentation instantly. As part of Salesforce’s exclusive Pinnacle Program with The Carlyle Group and Neocol, this pilot reinforces our commitment to operational excellence and intelligent automation that drives measurable results for our clients. “Agentforce expands our ability to serve clients more efficiently by leveraging our expertise and freeing our team to focus on more complex, high-impact solutions,” said Ron Books, CEO. With this pilot, we’re showing how AI can make client service faster, smarter, and more responsive without adding complexity.
