It’s been a full week at the AHCA/NCAL Annual Convention and ADVION’s 36th Annual Meeting in Las Vegas. We’re grateful to have shared space with the leaders shaping the future of long-term, post-acute, and assisted living care. The conversations here remind us how much progress depends on collaboration, persistence, and people who care deeply about the work. In 2025, “documentation” has become a bit of a buzzword across healthcare. For many clinicians, it’s the reason for late nights, extra clicks, and growing frustration. But at its core, documentation shows not just what was done but how expertise shaped the outcome. Last week, our Pittsburgh crew gathered for the annual Net Health Potluck, an afternoon of good food, cornhole, Kan Jam, and catching up across teams.
