What happens when a human creative sits down with AI and lets it talk back? Felipe Molina of Translation stopped theorizing and interviewed the machine directly about creativity, originality, and the future of agency talent. Then he flipped the script and let AI interview him. The result isn’t another hot take. It’s an uncomfortable, fascinating look at whether our industry is evolving or quietly replacing itself. A few lines that hit too close to home: “If agencies keep defining creativity as polished slides, banner ads, and Pinterest moodboards, then yes, I’ll take over. Not because I’m more creative, but because I’m more efficient at faking it.” And this: “You fear I’ll steal your jobs, but wasn’t it your industry that glorified efficiency long before I arrived?” If you work in advertising, content, strategy, or design, this isn’t a think piece. It’s a mirror. Read it, feel slightly attacked, and then rethink what creative really means in 2025.

We’re thrilled to see our friends at CAPE recognized by ADWEEK as a Team Visionary Award winner! We’ve had the pleasure of working closely with their incredible team in the jury room and seeing their creativity firsthand when they brought our “Save the Date” spot to life. Congratulations to Pete Gosselin and the entire CAPE team on this well-deserved honor!
🚀 Big news: CAPE has been named a Team Visionary Award Winner by ADWEEK. In just over a year since launch, we’ve built something special – a chemistry-led creative model that breaks silos, blends strategy and craft, and delivers meaningful work for partners like BetMGM and Prudential Financial. To be recognized by Adweek as one of the industry’s most visionary teams is both humbling and energizing. Here’s to the people who make this place what it is – the thinkers, the doers, and the dreamers who believe in better. Onward! #CAPE #IndependentAgency #Adweek #TeamVisionaryAward
