Mason Creek Medical Outpatient Building in Katy, Texas is nearing completion, bringing a facility 100% dedicated to gastrointestinal and colorectal healthcare. NexCore Group served as developer and real estate co-owner alongside physician partners, with design by BSA LifeStructures and construction by Arch-Con® Corporation. The building is anchored by Katy Endoscopy Center, which occupies the full first floor with one operating room, four procedure rooms, and 22 pre- and post-op beds. Additional tenants include Digestive Health Associates, Houston Regional Gastroenterology Institute, and Houston Colon, all of whom will utilize the endoscopy center for procedures. We are proud to help deliver a modern environment that advances specialized GI care for the greater Katy community.
Mason Creek Medical Outpatient Building in Katy, Texas is heading to the finish line and this MOB is 100% dedicated to gastrointestinal and colorectal healthcare! Our team completed the core and shell as well as medical outpatient build-outs. Tenancy includes the anchor Katy Endoscopy Center, which occupies the entire first floor and features one operating room, four procedure rooms and 22 pre and post-op beds. Other tenants include Digestive Health Associates, Houston Regional Gastroenterology Institute and Houston Colon all of which will conveniently utilize the endoscopy center for their procedures. The project was designed by BSA and developed by NexCore Group. The real estate ownership is a joint venture between NexCore Group and physicians, while the Endoscopy Center operations is a joint venture between Surgery Ventures, powered by HCA Healthcare and a number of surgeons.
