What a night! 💫 On September 10th, I had the honor of moderating “A Conversation on Lifelong Learning & Personal Growth” at NextUp Florida in Miami — and I’m still feeling energized by the depth, honesty, and connection that filled the room. We had a packed, sold-out event filled with changemakers from across South Florida — proof that people are hungry for real conversations about growth, reinvention, and resilience. Our panelists — Adriana de Moura,Camila Clark, CDME Visit Lauderdale, and Danielle Damiano Medeiros LinkedIn — brought powerful perspectives on everything from imposter syndrome and AI, to personal reinvention, leadership, and letting go of perfection. One idea from Adriana de Moura that stayed with me: “Be a dandelion, not an orchid.” Resilient. Adaptable. Rooted.
