We’re honored to take part in Pollinator Day at the Brookings Farmers Market on August 9th! Stop by our booth between 9am and noon to explore how thoughtful planting design can support both pollinators and people. We’ll be sharing insight into how structure, seasonal interest, and ecological function all come together to create thriving plant communities—plus a look at some of our own design work. As a small family business rooted in the Midwest, we’re grateful for opportunities like this to connect with others who care about healthy landscapes and resilient ecosystems. We are grateful for the opportunity and looking forward to sharing this week, March 19th at the Pipestone County University of Minnesota Extension office! In preparation, Connor has been carefully considering the future of our Midwest tree canopy. Shelterbelts, native plants of note, nursery production practices, and long-term care will all be discussed to promote a stronger tree canopy in our region. This is an important part of our team’s work, and we’re excited to share our experience planting trees to create conversations and insights to reflect on.
