💙 Our People and Talent Attraction teams met in L.A. to shadow and help the team at NVA GP's Overland Veterinary Clinic. #TransformationTuesday – King's incredible recovery! 👑 King had a terrifying run-in with a car that left him with a piece of fiberglass lodged in his nasal cavity. We just welcomed over 170 early-career veterinarians to our GP Mentorship Program with an unforgettable kickoff in Chicago!     Our newest class spent two days diving into clinical learning, peer connection, and wellbeing support — from breakout sessions on ER triage, client communication, CPR, and leadership to keynote speaker Dr. Brad Ryan, on finding the "Five Freedoms for a Joyful Life." Plus, they enjoyed a Navy Pier boat cruise and even competed in a "Suture Showdown!" 🏆    "Beyond the medicine, we explored how to build lasting connections by gaining trust and leading with curiosity," said Dr. Beth Witte-Neuman, Head of Mentorship.    This event reflects what our Mentorship Program is all about: helping new veterinarians thrive through hands-on guidance and personalized support.
