Check out the top takeaways: • 69% of board professionals have used AI tools in the past six months: AI usage in the boardroom is no longer an experiment; like it or not, it’s already a key part of board preparation and decision-making. • Board professionals who use AI rate themselves 12 points higher in effectiveness and collaboration: By automating routine work securely, boards can focus more on strategy and oversight. • 40% of directors used more than one AI tool: Experimentation is growing, but multiple tools increase complexity and risk.
