A new tide is rolling in. Change is in the air and on the horizon. Coming Spring 2026, One Ocean Resort & Spa will evolve into Dune House Hotel & Spa, a barefoot-luxury destination that is as soulful and spirited as our beach community. Over the next few months, we’ll share our progress right here so you can follow along with our exciting transformation. Do you enjoy hands-on work and keeping things running smoothly? We’re looking for a reliable and skilled Overnight Maintenance Person to join our team and help ensure our hotel remains safe, efficient, and welcoming for every guest. Job Responsibilities: - Respond promptly to guest requests with courtesy and professionalism. - Perform preventive maintenance and repairs on HVAC, plumbing, electrical, laundry, kitchen, and pool equipment. - Handle painting, carpentry, and general upkeep of guest rooms and public spaces. - Monitor and maintain building systems, making rounds to ensure all areas are in top condition. - Assist in emergencies, such as fire alarms, power failures, or equipment breakdowns. - Maintain logs, complete work orders, and keep equipment/work areas clean and safe. - Occasionally valet guest vehicles and assist with guest needs. What We’re Looking For: - High school diploma or trade school certification in building maintenance or construction. - At least 6 months of experience in maintenance or a related role. - Knowledge of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and general building repair. - Strong teamwork, professionalism, and problem-solving skills. - Must have a valid driver’s license.
