⬇️ #ICYMI: This week at Lineage ⬇️ 1️⃣ Our McAllen team showed up strong at the Mission Pink 5K – supporting a great cause and their local community. 💪 2️⃣ Our Operations team volunteered with America’s Grow-a-Row in Pittstown, NJ – learning about their mission, harvesting fresh produce, and supporting their efforts to fight food waste. 3️⃣ Our COPA and WIL ERGs hosted the East Los Angeles Women’s Center for a meaningful Heritage of Hope event. It was a true team effort and a powerful display of support from across the region. 4️⃣ Our team had the incredible opportunity to volunteer at Gleaners Community Food Bank, setting a new record by packing 1,400 Thanksgiving meal boxes – 18,200 pounds of food and 15,167 meals – in just two hours. This effort will help 1,400 families enjoy a holiday meal this season and make a meaningful difference in the community. 5️⃣ When plans shifted, our team quickly stepped in to partner with one of our customers to ensure the product donation reached local communities in need. In collaboration with the Lineage Foundation for Good, we provided cold storage and transportation – supporting our customer’s efforts and advancing our shared commitment to reducing food waste. This donation will help provide the equivalent of 45,969 meals to families facing food insecurity. 6️⃣ Our Lineage Foodservice Solutions team in Attalla earned an impressive 99.02% on their first-ever Food Safety Audit – a true testament to their focus, training, and dedication to our #1 value: SAFE. 👏 Congratulations to the entire team on this incredible achievement! 🙌 It’s been an inspiring week across our network – a reflection of how our team is living our purpose and values, inside and outside of the warehouse. It was a great week in Germany connecting with colleagues and customers! 6️⃣ Our European Integrated Transportation Solutions leadership came together for an energizing series of sessions.
