Meet Abigail Rieskamp, a key culture-builder at OI who brings creativity, thoughtfulness, and energy to everything she does. What she loves most about her role is that no two days are the same, especially getting to collaborate with her team on creative ideas and finding ways to bring trends and design to life across OI’s social platforms. It’s that mix of strategy, creativity, and real-time execution that keeps her inspired and excited. Originally from a small town in Oregon and now calling LA home, Abby has been part of the OI family for over 3 years. Her favorite part of being here? The people. “It truly feels like one big, supportive family,” she says, and we couldn’t agree more. Check out the graphic for a fun Q&A to get to know Abby a little better. So grateful to have you on the team, Abby 👏 #creatormarketing #influencermarketing #SocialMediaMarketing #EmplolyeeSpotlight

Last night, our LA office hosted a craft night led by our CCO, Maggie Reznikoff, bringing the team together for an evening of hands-on collaboration. Beyond the projects and deadlines, it was an opportunity to connect, spark creativity in new ways, and celebrate the people who make our workplace dynamic and inspiring. Experiences like these are what define our team culture. They foster collaboration, strengthen relationships, and remind us that innovation often comes from moments of shared creativity and engagement. Investing in these connections ensures we continue to work not just efficiently, but thoughtfully and together. #CompanyCulture #CreatorMarketing #InfluencerMarketing #WorkplaceCulture

Food content performs best when it feels real, relatable, and rooted in everyday moments. Our collaboration with Black Creek® Cheese, available at Walmart, brought this to life through creator-led storytelling that makes simple meals feel inspiring and accessible. By empowering creators to showcase how Black Creek Cheese fits naturally into their routines, from weeknight dinners to elevated comfort food, we’re able to highlight product quality and versatility without sacrificing authenticity. The brand message is woven seamlessly into content that feels native to the feed, not forced. This is where creator freedom and retail strategy intersect. When creators are trusted to lead with their own voice while aligning with clear brand goals, the result is content that connects with audiences and drives discovery at scale. #CreatorMarketing #BrandPartnerships #CreatorLed #InfluencerStrategy #InfluencerMarketing

Korean skincare continues to shape how beauty audiences discover, learn, and shop. Our partnership with Ulta Beauty brought this to life through creator-led storytelling that balances education, authenticity, and brand intent. By giving creators the freedom to interpret Korean skincare through their own routines, language, and lived experience, we’re able to deliver content that feels natural while still clearly communicating product benefits and brand messaging. The result is social-first storytelling that builds trust, drives curiosity, and meets audiences where they already are. This is the power of creator partnerships done right. Strategic direction paired with creative freedom leads to content that resonates, performs, and elevates the category. #CreatorMarketing #BeautyMarketing #KBeauty #BrandPartnerships #InfluencerStrategy #InfluencerMarketing
