Fitch Ratings says it's rare for toll facilities to achieve and maintain such a high credit rating, and we’re proud to share they have have reaffirmed OCTA's AA- rating for the 91 Express Lanes. This strong rating reflects confidence in OCTA’s responsible financial management and leadership, consistent operations, and commitment to reinvesting in Orange County’s transportation system. This includes reinvesting tolls into the project now under construction on SR-91 between the SR-57 to SR-55. The 91 Express Lanes continue to provide a safe, reliable travel option for drivers between Orange and Riverside counties in partnership with Riverside County Transportation Commission (RCTC).
