Meet the latest #PACCARSpotlight employee - Karla Razo, Master Black Belt at PACCAR México, driving innovation in the automotive sector and promoting the professional growth among its members. Her journey began 14 years ago, each stage has represented an invaluable opportunity to learn, contribute, and transform. One of the most significant moments in Karla’s career was her time at PacLease Mexicana, where she explored the world of finance with a deeper perspective. This experience allowed her to understand the business from its foundations, identify its challenges, and visualize its opportunities. It was there she discovered the power of data as a strategic tool for decision-making. Seven years ago, Karla took a new direction and joined the Continuous Improvement area, collaborating with various departments across PACCAR Mexico. This broad exposure gave her a comprehensive view of how the organization operates and helped solidify her professional goal: embedding a culture of continuous improvement in every corner of the company. Karla believes that change begins with small actions. Promoting a culture of continuous improvement means planting seeds of analysis, collaboration, and innovation to build a future where every department, team, and employee becomes an agent of transformation. Beyond her professional role, Karla contributes to and impacts the community both inside and outside the organization.
