This high-impact role will oversee two cast houses, including the retrofit of an existing caster—transitioning from automotive to aerospace applications—while driving production of advanced aluminum/lithium alloys. Reporting directly to the Plant Manager, the Casting Director will be responsible for leading the ingot and lithium departments with a strong focus on safety, quality, cost efficiency, and on-time delivery. The Partners Alliance was recently exclusively retained by JSW Steel in Baytown, TX to fill a critical Vice President of Reliability Engineering position. The result was an exhaustive and comprehensive deep-dive into the available candidate pool, followed by weekly meetings and detailed search-status-reports. Partners Alliance senior industry advisors helped to enhance candidate screening. The entire process took place over two months.
