At Places for People, recovery is a shared journey. Our Bridge Committee hosted the “In Our Shoes” art project this Recovery Month, inviting staff and persons served to decorate shoe designs that reflect their paths to wellness. Together, we’re creating something beautiful. 💜

Team spirit was in full swing at our Second Annual Kickball Tournament, featuring players from our Community Psychiatric Rehabilitation Program (CPRP) and Wellness, Health + Older Adults (WHOA) and Physical Health Integration (PHIT) teams! The event brought together colleagues from across programs for a day of friendly competition, laughter, and wellness. Congratulations to the WHOA + PHIT team on the win and to Grace Garner, our MVP of the day! 👏⚾

Last week, our Outpatient Substance Use Disorder Team hosted a Celebration of Recovery in honor of National Recovery Month and what a celebration it was! 🎉💜 Staff and persons served came together to enjoy food, resource tables, swag, a recovery countdown, and an inspiring story from one of our amazing staff, Jamie Faulkner. 🙌 What a perfect way to wrap up Recovery Month — reminding us all that recovery is possible, powerful, and always worth celebrating. 💜
