  • Language becomes an enabler of enterprise goals, not a deliverable that arrives at the end of a workflow.” - CSA Research’s CEO Insights featured Mohamed Hussein as we mark our shift to Strategic Globalization:

⭐ Insights from CEOs at Leading LSPs ⭐ Welcome to the 11th edition of CSA Research's CEO Insights, where we present perspectives from members of CSA Research's leadership council. This edition highlights how leaders are shifting from language services to ROI-focused content solutions providers by rethinking models, integrating AI, and aligning talent with technology. Today, we feature insights from Mohamed Hussein, CEO at Piedmont Global,  as he marks a major company milestone: “The days of selling words for pennies are over. Buyer sentiment still swings between hype and doubt, yet we are entering a more mature phase. The shift is permanent. Alarmism on both sides will ease as we learn to balance the risk-adjusted possible with steady pressure on innovation. Buyer behavior will differ by risk appetite, volume, and in-house capability. Leveraging AI in its various forms will become table stakes. ROI will still decide winners. Cost savings alone will not transform a business or institution. The real step change comes when those savings are reinvested in higher-order problems, and when skill sets, vision, and execution are aligned between provider and client. Amid the noise about speed, the direction is clear. We are moving from being the chorus to conducting the orchestra. For Piedmont Global, that means earlier involvement in our clients’ strategic planning cycles, bringing stronger advisory capability - rooted in cultural fluency, strategic insight, and custom technology and taking accountability for outcomes, not just outputs. Linguists will go deeper into judgment, cultural nuance, and domain expertise. The total number of roles may shrink, but the stature of those roles will rise and their influence on enterprise value will matter more than volume. This is no longer about selling words, hours, or even languages. It is about matching mission to strategy and execution to vision. Language becomes an enabler of enterprise goals, not a deliverable that arrives at the end of a workflow. The transformation from LSP or LSC to Global Content and Strategy Partner is not just adding more technology to the pipeline. At Piedmont Global, it means building capabilities that integrate vertically into a client’s value chain:. to create and unlock enterprise value. If we limit our contribution to productivity alone, we will be priced as a utility. Everything must evolve. The teams we build should blend linguistic excellence with product, data, and consulting skills. The vision we communicate should move clients from transactions to transformation. The metrics we track should expand beyond cost, speed, and quality to include adoption, market impact, risk reduction, and contribution to revenue. This is Strategic Globalization - and it’s what we do every day at Piedmont Global. Language at the center. Strategy in the lead. ROI as the proof.” 📘 Explore how top CEOs are responding to industry transformation: https://hubs.li/Q03MwS4D0

𝐋𝐚𝐧𝐠𝐮𝐚𝐠𝐞 𝐬𝐡𝐨𝐮𝐥𝐝𝐧’𝐭 𝐥𝐢𝐯𝐞 𝐝𝐨𝐰𝐧𝐬𝐭𝐫𝐞𝐚𝐦. 𝐈𝐭 𝐬𝐡𝐨𝐮𝐥𝐝 𝐥𝐞𝐚𝐝. Enterprises spend millions building systems that can scale — but often overlook the one system that connects them all: language. That’s why we offer 𝐋𝐚𝐧𝐠𝐮𝐚𝐠𝐞 𝐎𝐩𝐞𝐫𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐬 (𝐋𝐚𝐧𝐠𝐎𝐩𝐬) — the operating system for communication. LangOps centralizes interpreting, localization, and training so language becomes 𝐚 𝐛𝐮𝐢𝐥𝐭-𝐢𝐧 𝐜𝐚𝐩𝐚𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐲, not a bolt-on service. When language aligns with your culture, strategy, and systems, every message becomes an advantage.
