In November 2023, Hannah Cronin, Senior Manager, Employment Law, and her family received unexpected news when her daughter was hospitalized and diagnosed with Type 1 Diabetes. What followed was a year of learning how to manage glucose levels, transition Darcey back into school and ultimately set her up with an insulin pump. During this time, Hannah leaned on our Global Family Caregiver Leave Benefit to support her daughter through a significant life change.
