French hydrogen infrastructure expert HDF Energy is set to invest USD 1.6 billion in 15 "green hydrogen" power plant projects across the Philippines, aiming to deliver 24/7 renewable electricity to island grids, as well as end-of-grids, thus reducing reliance on polluting diesel generation and providing grid stability.
