We’re actively hiring a highly motivated AI Research Engineer to join us on something seriously fun :) — working on dexterous manipulation with a custom-built, high-DOF (20+) robotic hand. If you’ve worked on dexterous manipulation before, you know the pain: limited hardware, clunky control, flaky fingers, and way too much time spent debugging systems that just weren’t designed for real research. We’ve been there — so we built our own platform. Now we’re ready to push the limits with it, and we’re looking for people who want to get in early, build with us, and help shape what’s next, and show the industry how it should be done. We’ve got a cracked team of fast-moving, sharp engineers who prototype quickly, learn even faster, and care deeply about doing things right. We believe dexterous manipulation is a critical unlock for humanoids and last-mile automation — and we’re all in. Our mission is simple: make dexterous manipulation accessible. No more worrying about hardware constraints or maintenance nightmares — we want to give the research community and the industry a solid, reliable platform so they can focus on innovation, not fixing broken fingers.
