Now, all our brands are under one roof—allowing us to pick, pack, dispatch, and invoice as one unified shipment. The result? Greater efficiency, improved speed, and a more seamless experience for our partners and anglers around the world. This project represents months of strategic planning and a year of extraordinary teamwork—executed on time and on budget. It’s a testament to the innovation, collaboration, and dedication of our Poland Warehouse Team and everyone across EMEA who helped bring this vision to life. And this is just the beginning. Employee Spotlight: North America HR Team “Supporting people, strengthening connections.” This year, the North America HR Team came together with one shared goal, to make a positive impact for our coworkers. Through small groups focused on employee engagement, social media initiatives, talent acquisition, leadership development, and Pure Appreciation Week, the team embraced new challenges and grew along the way. What stands out most is how they approached their work; with open minds, collaboration, and a genuine desire to support others. They stepped outside their comfort zones, built new connections, and found thoughtful ways to help leaders and teams feel connected, valued, and inspired. We’re grateful for the care, dedication, and teamwork this group brings to everything they do. Thank you for approaching every project with empathy, curiosity, and purpose—it truly makes a difference.

What an incredible day on the water! We’re proud to share that the 2nd Annual Pure Fishing Foundation Fishing Derby was a huge success! Held on the beautiful West Okoboji Chain of Lakes, the half-day tournament brought together coworkers, local fishing pros, and Pure Fishing vendors for some friendly competition and plenty of fun. Participants were paired with Pure Fishing captains and area pros, competing in multiple fish categories with great prizes up for grabs. But beyond the excitement of reeling in big catches, the true highlight of the day was the impact it will make. Thanks to the generosity of everyone involved, all net proceeds will directly benefit the Pure Fishing Foundation, a 501(c)(3) nonprofit created by our coworkers to provide tax-free grants for team members facing sudden, unexpected hardship, such as medical emergencies, family crises, or natural disasters. The Foundation exists to help when it’s needed most, and this event not only raised important funds, but also showcased the incredible teamwork, compassion, and community spirit which epitomize Pure Fishing and its core values. A heartfelt thank you to all our anglers, volunteers, sponsors, and supporters who made this event possible. This past year, Dan went above and beyond by sharing his personal journey, from designing lures as a child to becoming a professional bait designer at Pure Fishing. ✨ Employee Spotlight with a Twist ✨ At Pure Fishing’s Spirit Lake location, the spirit of family doesn’t end at retirement. Through the Pure Fishing Retirement Club, past and present employees come together to honor retirees and keep lifelong connections alive. In late June, the club gathered for their annual summer brunch — a chance to reconnect, laugh, and share stories from years gone by. One of the most memorable moments came from Jeannie, sister of retiree Ruby Wittrock, who shared her experiences alongside her loyal canine partner, Ette. With warmth, humor, and honesty, they gave us a glimpse into the special bond between a handler and her service dog, and the meaningful work they carried out together. Thank you to Jeannie and Ette for sharing your story — and to our Spirit Lake team for continuing traditions that celebrate people well beyond their working years. 💙

Pure Fishing – Lures and Law, Plano, IL What a reel-y great time at Lures and the Law. This community event brings together local youth, families, and law enforcement to build connections through the sport of fishing. We are proud that Pure Fishing could be part of this community event, bringing people together through the sport we all love. From rods and reels to tackle boxes, fishing is at the heart of what we do, and it was incredible to see so many families and anglers join in despite the heat. A big thanks to our partners who helped make it possible, Plano Operations for those loaded tackle boxes, Rolff Sign Co. for the custom stickers, and Albanese for keeping things sweet with sour gummy worms. Even the seaweed bass couldn’t resist the fun! The Tacklebox Task Force is already planning the next adventure, and Pure Fishing looks forward to being right there on the water again. Stay tuned!

🌟 We are proud to announce Chris Crawford and Mike Franklin the Pure Fishing Values Award winners this month! 🌟 On July 17th, an internal fire broke out in the air handler unit at our Plano Manufacturing–Sandwich Site. Thanks to the team’s quick thinking and strong execution, the situation was swiftly contained. Chris Crawford acted immediately—shutting off power, stopping airflow, evacuating the building, and ensuring all team members were safe. Mike Franklin, Master Mechanic, arrived within 10 minutes, shut down the heaters, coordinated with the Fire Department, cleared the facility of smoke, and had the air handler running again within two hours. Throughout the incident, though the team worked at high speeds they stayed calm, transparent, and focused on safety. Their coordinated efforts reflected true empowerment, as each person stepped up with confidence and responsibility. Production was safely resumed within two hours, and no one was harmed. This event is a strong reminder of the importance of preparedness, teamwork, and empowering one another to act with authenticity and precision in critical moments.
