A community to inspire, educate & spotlight incredible women gamers.
About us
Dignitas, the esports vertical of New Meta Entertainment, Inc. (NME), has announced the launch of its women in gaming and esports media platform, Raidiant. A first-of-its-kind website, initiative and content hub, Raidiant.gg will focus on celebrating and championing opportunities for women gamers. As the next stage of Dignitas’ women’s initiative, which launched in August of 2020, Raidiant will provide educational, social and competitive resources for women gamers with the intention to expand and learn from both fans and more developed industries like traditional sports, music and entertainment. This vertical has stemmed from Dignitas’ long-time commitment to women gamers, including being one of the first organizations to recruit women content creators in the early 2000’s and home to the multi-time Women’s World Champion CS:GO and VALORANT team.

Raidiant reposted this
My favorite moment of Raidiant events is being blown away by the incredible mechanics and strategy our players put on display. The Milk Cup 2025: Series 1 brought out the best in Battle Royale competition. We had the pleasure of supporting this event at Raidiant, and it's been incredible watching these teams battle their way to the upcoming LAN Finals. https://lnkd.in/gTuvt8me

Prius says observers don't need to be invisible, and 👏 we 👏 stan! 👏 David Kuntz aka Prius just became one of the first Emmy-winning observers in esports history, and it couldn’t have gone to someone more deserving. With nearly two decades of experience behind the scenes, Prius has helped shape what great observing looks like across CS 1.6, CSGO, CS2, and now Valorant. At Raidiant, we’ve been lucky enough to work alongside Prius and see that evolution up close. We sat down with him to talk about building a personal brand in an often-invisible role, what makes a broadcast Emmy-worthy, and why inclusive crews make better broadcasts. 🔗 : https://lnkd.in/dmUwWAjT #Valorant #EsportsBroadcast #EsportsEmmy

FlyQuest RED is kicking off 2025 with a clear identity. After rebuilding throughout 2024, the team’s fresh roster stormed through the Game Changers NA Open Qualifier and secured a spot at Stage 1. Theia, sonder, and Aluvily aren’t just stacking numbers; they’re building chemistry, grit, and confidence with every round. 💪 We had the chance to chat with Aluvily about what’s clicking, what’s still growing, and why sometimes the key to winning match day starts with...Codenames. “It’s about the practice, it’s about the camaraderie, it’s about finding other teammates, and then it’s about the resources that we provide, too.” Amy Chen of Esports.gg interviewed our President Heather Garozzo and MilkPEP's Jennifer Grubb about what's in store for The Milk Cup 2025! 📰 https://lnkd.in/gfNTVyAM

The Milk Cup, in partnership with MilkPEP, isn’t just about supporting women in-game - it’s about creating more opportunities for women beyond the server. Last night, hundreds of thousands of fans tuned in to watch The Milk Cup Series 3 Main Event, where $30,000 was on the line and 30 teams secured their spot at the upcoming LAN at TwitchCon. Huge thanks to the incredible crew who brought the event to life!

Meet one of the talented members of our Raidiant family, Claudine Dulay! From competitor, to tournament admin, to production assistant - Claudine does it all!
I started out my Tournament Admin journey around 4 years ago when I joined the staff team at my university's VALORANT club, Valorant @ UW, and I never thought it would've led me to my journey in the esports industry. While being involved in the club, I was reached out to by Anne Thai, a UW alumni who had impressive broadcast, events, and other relevant experience in esports, in which they had also suggested me to volunteer as a Tournament Admin for VCT Game Changers Academy with Galorants, a community whose mission was to diversify the esports industry by elevating female and non-binary individuals. The connections I've made with Galorants progressed into expanding my connections with the folks at Raidiant, where I started expanding my freelance experience with VCT Game Changers, Calling All Heroes (Overwatch 2), The Milk Cup (Fortnite), and Star Chasers Showdown (Rocket League), all of which are initiatives empowering underrepresented genders. I believe that this experience is what aided me in landing my Multimedia & Outreach Coordinator role at University of Washington Esports, where four students and I had the opportunity to establish the foundation of UW Esports' program in its first year with guidance from Glen Tokola. After a few years of freelancing as a Tournament Admin with Raidiant, I landed a Production Assistant role with Gravity Media at Seattle's Riot Games Remote Broadcast Center with support from both Anne and Glen. I am now on my 5th month of being a freelance PA with Gravity Media, and am grateful for all the genuine connections and opportunities that got me where I am today. I believe that my journey is still fresh and that I have much more to learn. If you would like to learn more about my journey, who I am, and my plans for the future, you can find my interview questions on Raidiant's article at https://lnkd.in/gdexUjfg. 🌟

The Milk Cup Winter Split was a smashing success, with Vader and Ilyynina putting on a show and clutching the win in style! MilkPEP stays locked in on pushing women's esports to the forefront, and this time, it was through The Milk Cup: Winter Split, a Fortnite series for women and marginalized communities. Raidiant was beyond pumped to help bring this event to life, teaming up with Erena to make it happen. It was a treat watching young talent like Vader steal the spotlight, securing a win that sets her up for a bright future in Fortnite. Here's what she had to say about her Winter Split victory: https://lnkd.in/daJByUxg
