About us
Rancho Sahuarita is an award-winning master planned community of approximately 18,000 residents located 9 miles south of Tucson, Arizona. Now celebrating its 20th anniversary, Rancho Sahuarita is over half complete, and has gained consistent national recognition as one of the top master plans in the country. Rancho Sahuarita is the most highly amenitized community in Southern Arizona. It includes three pools and the area’s largest private Splash Park, a Flamingo Splash Pad, Armed Forces Tribute, a 30,000 square foot Clubhouse complete with fitness center, and multiple parks and trails throughout the community. The community continues to grow, with its newest neighborhood of Entrada Del Rio featuring stunning new homes from award-winning builders. Over the next several years, residents will also see the continued growth and development of commercial and service offerings in the Sahuarita Town Center. Rancho Sahuarita has been recognized regionally and nationally as one of the most successful master plans in the state and country. In 2014, Rancho Sahuarita was among 13 communities internationally that were profiled by the Urban Land Institute for their innovative health and wellness features and amenities. Then in 2014, Rancho Sahuarita was named the inaugural recipient of Metropolitan Pima Alliance’s “Project of the Decade” award. Rancho Sahuarita reposted this
Lennar has officially closed on the second phase in Entrada Del Toro in Rancho Sahuarita, continuing their commitment to building homes and community in Southern Arizona. Huge thanks to Ginger Kneup and Thomas Gansheimer for helping bring this across the finish line—especially in a market that’s anything but easy right now. This deal is a powerful reminder that relationships still drive results. It wasn’t the spreadsheets or timelines that made this happen—it was trust, shared vision, and honest conversations. In a time when uncertainty is the norm, it’s the strength of partnerships that makes all the difference. Excited to welcome new residents to the community this summer!

Last month, we had the honor of welcoming Sgt. Tanner House, USA (Ret) to Rancho Sahuarita during a special Welcome Home Ceremony. Thanks to a powerful partnership between Lennar, Bass Pro Shops, Helping a hero, and others, Sgt. House received a fully adaptive home in our Entrada Del Pueblo neighborhood, built to support his needs and honor his service. We’re proud to be part of a community where moments like this are possible. Thank you to everyone who made it happen—and most of all, thank you, Sgt. House, for your service and sacrifice. Welcome home.

JV Nyman and the Concord General Contracting, Inc. team— Glad to have your on board and time to get to work! More to come soon.
