Congratulations to the Acton Housing Authority for breaking ground on McManus Manor which will provide 41 units of affordable housing for seniors in Acton, MA. Red Stone Equity Partners LLC partnered with the housing authority and will invest $17 million of tax credit equity to help finance the construction of the project.
