There you have it. The results from the reference check survey I posted last week, in a nutshell: 🧱 57% of #hiringmanagers seem to not be conducting references 👉 25% surveyed were seemingly unaware these are still being done 🧱 43% of decision makers are still conducting these in some capacity 👉 25% of this depends on the role, however So, if we were to include the 25% dependent on the role with 57% not conducting reference checks at all, you could [loosely] say reference checks are potentially NOT being conducted north of 75% of the time when #hiring.
