We have seen a strong start to 2025, underwriting 10 new loans in the first two months of the year. We are also seeing a strong pipeline of deal flow for the 60 days, which keeps us optimistic about the Milwaukee fix and flip market. On the sell side, we have seen a thawing in the market with multiple sale payoffs happening in the 2nd half of February -- with selling prices coming in slightly above the After Renovation Value we had determined at time of underwriting. While we remain cautious due to global event geopolitical tensions, our PRO Level borrower clients remain quite active on the buy side, sell side, and through DSCR refinancing into long term rentals.
