Congratulations to Harnett County Economic Development for breaking ground on Harnett 95, the County’s first Class A industrial park. ✅ Located one mile to I-95, 12 miles to the I-95/I-40 interchange, less than an hour drive to Raleigh-Durham International Airport (RDU), and under two hours to the Port of Wilmington, ✅ 65-acres ✅ At full buildout, Harnett 95 will offer more than 800,000 square feet of industrial space across six buildings ranging from 121,000 to 175,000 square feet. ✅ The park will feature flexible layouts, modern amenities, and infrastructure, including direct CSX Rail access to support business growth. ✅ Designed to accommodate build-to-suit opportunities, Harnett 95 is set to attract top employers and drive new industry and investment in Harnett County. This development strengthens Harnett County as a prime location for companies looking to grow or expand in North Carolina, the East Coast, or the Southeastern United States.

Fujifilm Biotechnologies and the town of Holly Springs, North Carolina, just opened the largest biotech project in the Research Triangle Region and one of the largest commercial-scale cell culture biomanufacturing facilities in North America.
