Yesterday, RWJUH Somerset proudly hosted our Inaugural Allied Health Career Fair! Employees had the chance to connect with members of RWJBarnabas Health’s Talent Acquisition & Innovation team, the Medical Laboratory Science (MLS) Program, and our Human Resources department. Attendees explored opportunities for career ladders, training programs, and tuition reimbursement, while also meeting representatives from partner schools including AIMS Education College of Health Sciences, Raritan Valley Community College, Mercer County Community College, and Union College of Union County. Information on associate degree and non-degree programs was also available, helping employees take the next step in their professional journeys. We’re excited to continue supporting our team’s growth and development in allied health careers!
