On Saturday, May 3rd, we celebrated the culmination of two powerful leadership programs, the Aspiring Latino Leaders Fellowship (ALLF) and the Latinx Teacher Fellowship (LTF), each an incredible groups of educational leaders.
Over the past 9 months, these fellows went beyond professional development; they built community, found their voice, deepened their identity as leaders, and grew into a familia.
Latinos for Education fellows aren't just prepared to lead; they're prepared to truly transform! Each one will continue to lead with identity, bridge across cultures, rise as a collective, agitate when necessary, and lead con ganas! 💗
⭐ Un millón de gracias to our fellows, now alumni, for your trust, your leadership, and your unwavering commitment to this work. It’s been an honor to walk alongside you in this journey. I’m proud of what we’ve built together, and even more excited for the collective impact that lies ahead.
⭐ A huge thanks to our guests, supporters, and partners for being an essential part of this journey. Your presence, encouragement, and belief in our mission make all the difference.
