Curiosity, collaboration, and code — meet Michael Djali, Software Engineer 👾 Based in our Manchester office, Michael works on both RokuOS and internal tooling, improving device stability and helping engineers quickly identify and fix bugs. 🪲 His work keeps our platform running smoothly for millions of streamers. How would he describe the engineering culture at Roku Manchester? ⚙️ 🐝 “What stands out most about Roku's engineering culture is how curiosity is encouraged, and how enthusiastically our engineers answer questions — even if they're very senior, busy, or in another office.” For Michael, that openness and collaboration are what make problem-solving at scale not only possible, but rewarding. 🚀 #WeAreRoku

Leading with vision and user focus — meet Erin Moore, Director of Product Erin leads the teams behind the Roku Mobile App and The Roku Channel. Together, her teams help millions of users easily discover and enjoy their favorite entertainment. 🎞️ What role does a Product Manager play in shaping our product culture? 🎯 “PMs help shape Roku’s product culture by bringing energy, passion, and a deep focus on the user. We provide the ‘why’ that inspires teams and set a vision that is both achievable and ambitious. Just as important, we foster safety and inclusion — not only within our own teams, but across the cross-functional groups that come together to build great products. When everyone feels empowered, connected, and invested in the outcome, we can deliver experiences that truly delight our users.” 🙌 For Erin, great product management is as much about building culture as it is about building features—and at Roku, both are key to creating experiences millions love. 🌐 #WeAreRoku

🌟 This summer, we continued investing in the next generation of talent by welcoming nearly 100 high school students into our offices across the U.S. Through hands-on experiences, students explored careers in tech, media, and advertising while developing real-world skills. They participated in three flagship Social Impact programs: 🎬 Roku Change Makers – Aspiring filmmakers visited our Santa Monica and San Jose offices, plus our This Old House Ventures studios, to learn about content production and marketing. 💡 App Design Challenge – Partnering with Santa Teresa High School for the third year, students spent 120 hours building advanced apps for the Roku platform, gaining experience in product management, UX, and machine learning. 📺 Roku Ad Lab – In partnership with MECA - The Manhattan Early College School for Advertising and NYC’s Children's Arts and Science Workshops Inc., students explored our ad offerings and sharpened their professional skills. 👏 None of this would be possible without our employee ambassadors, who shared their expertise and inspired these future professionals. #WeAreRoku
