Congratulations to Ashley Wallace on her promotion to Regional Manager at Rose Valley Management! 🎉 Ashley will now lead our Southeast portfolio, Carlyle at Bartram Park, Villas at St. Johns, and Walden Ridge, where she’ll focus on exceptional customer service, resident retention, and operational excellence. With 19 years of property management experience, Ashley brings deep expertise in apartment renovations, capital projects, and team leadership. Her career began in 2006 as a Leasing Professional in South Florida, and she later spent nine years as Community Manager at The Fields at Rock Creek, strengthening her skills in budgeting, operations, and property improvements. Ashley holds a Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design and earned her CAM designation in 2024. A Frederick, Maryland native, she enjoys Caribbean cruises and quality time with her nieces and nephews. We are thrilled to see her continue to grow and lead at Rose Valley Management. Say hello to Omar Reyes! Omar is the Regional Service Manager at Rose Valley, having joined the company in October 2024. In his role, he leads and coordinates maintenance teams across the company’s diverse residential portfolio. Omar focuses on standardizing maintenance operations, preserving asset integrity, and providing hands-on support with key repairs, inspections, and preventative initiatives. With 18 years of experience in property management, Omar brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to his role, focused on maintaining operational excellence and quality across all properties. Before joining Rose Valley, Omar served as the Director of Maintenance at, where he gained extensive experience in managing large-scale maintenance operations. Originally from Rochester, NY, Omar relocated to Maryland at 17 and has since made a significant impact on both his professional and personal communities. Outside of work he is a dedicated husband, father, and travel softball coach. Omar holds HVAC and OSHA certifications, showcasing his commitment to industry’s best practices and ensuring safe, high-quality maintenance across all Rose Valley properties.
