Royal Caribbean Group is proud to support the Seaman's Mission in Norway with a donation benefitting the country's seafarers. During the Celebrity Cruises President’s Cruise, President Laura Hodges Bethge visited the Ålesund Centre to announce the donation and see the impact firsthand.  Norway holds deep significance for us—Royal Caribbean Group’s roots go back to 1969 when Royal Caribbean was founded by three Norwegian shipping companies, and our very first ship was aptly named Song of Norway. This journey has been a meaningful return to our beginnings, filled with connection, community, and the dramatic beauty of Norway’s landscapes. This initiative is part of Royal Caribbean Group's SEA the Future commitment to uplifting the communities we visit and the people who power our industry.   Learn more: https://lnkd.in/eZJf_PFg

  • We’re proud to share that the first-ever library on Floreana Island in the Galápagos has officially opened — thanks in part to support from the Silversea Fund for the Galápagos in partnership with the Galápagos Conservancy.   Located at Amazonas School, the existing space was fully renovated, furnished, and stocked with donated books and school benches. This meaningful project was made possible through the Silversea Fund for the Galápagos, reflecting Royal Caribbean Group’s commitment to SEA the Future — by sustaining the planet, energizing communities, and accelerating innovation, we’re delivering unforgettable vacation experiences with purpose and responsibility.

  • In collaboration with Cruise Terminals International (CTI) and Fundació CRAM, Royal Caribbean Group was proud to participate in the first-ever GIVE Day Spain! At Royal Caribbean Group, giving back and energizing communities is at the heart of what we do. Our Spain-based employees learned about marine species protection, reinforcing our ongoing commitment to ocean conservation and environmental stewardship. The team participated in CRAM's daily operations—preparing food for the animals, feeding them, and helping clean their tanks. A big thank you to everyone who took part in this initiative, and to CRAM for making it possible.
