Highland Bridge, a 122-acre mixed-use master development in Saint Paul, MN, has received the 2025 Project Excellence Award from the Water Environment Federation for its green stormwater infrastructure system, marking the first time a project in Minnesota has earned this national recognition. 🌟 The award celebrates forward-thinking infrastructure that addresses climate change, improves water quality and serves as a national model for sustainable redevelopment in growing urban areas. As Highland Bridge's master developer, we’ve helped transform the former Ford assembly plant into a vibrant, sustainable neighborhood. The stormwater system treats approximately 64 million gallons of rainwater annually, protects the Mississippi River from sediment and phosphorus, and integrates public spaces, trails and parks that help build a resilient, connected community. This recognition highlights the power of collaboration and innovative planning in creating lasting value for communities and the environment. We recently celebrated the grand opening of a new 225,113-square-foot warehouse in Waterloo, Iowa, developed in collaboration with TVS Supply Chain Solutions and ElmTree Funds. Our team proudly served as developer, builder and architect for the project. This facility is a prime example of how thoughtful development and collaboration can create lasting value for the community and key industries, marking another milestone in advancing Iowa’s role as a hub for manufacturing and innovation. We are proud to partner with Niron Magnetics, Inc. on the groundbreaking of their new 190,000-square-foot permanent magnet manufacturing facility in Sartell, Minnesota. As the general contractor and architect of record for portions of the building shells, we are honored to help bring this historic project to life.   Set to be operational in early 2027, the facility will expand Niron Magnetics’ capacity to produce rare-earth-free permanent magnets—supporting applications from data center cooling pumps and automobile motors to robotics, consumer electronics, defense and more.   Beyond advancing innovation and U.S. manufacturing, the project will create over 175 full-time jobs and revitalize the former Verso Paper Mill site, a U.S. designated coal community property.   Congratulations to the entire team on this transformative milestone! 👏   Read more: https://lnkd.in/gepb4GvE
