  • Today on People and Culture Professionals Day, we celebrate the extraordinary leaders who bring heart, vision, and care to our teams every day. At Sage, our People & Culture professionals are more than HR leaders. They are mentors, problem solvers, and champions of belonging. They embody our values—serving with purpose, always growing, giving with heart, and earning trust—as they guide, support, and lift up our associates across the company. Because of their dedication, our culture is stronger, our teams thrive, and our people know they belong. To all of our People & Culture leaders: thank you for the energy, compassion, and expertise you pour into everything you do. We appreciate you today, and every day!

  • International Housekeeping Week has given us the opportunity to celebrate the incredible associates who are the heart of hospitality, our housekeeping teams. Across our portfolio, we have shared moments of gratitude, joy, and connection. This year, our housekeeping associates received pink gerbera daisies, symbols of admiration and gratitude, or succulents as a lasting reminder of how much they are valued. We are so grateful for their dedication, their kindness, and the pride they bring to their work. Our properties shine because of them, and our guests feel at home because of the care they provide. To all of our housekeeping teams, thank you for enriching lives every single day. You are the heart of hospitality.

  • Change is coming to Atlantic Beach. In Spring 2026, One Ocean Resort and Spa will complete its transformation into into Dune House Hotel and Spa, a soulful boutique destination where the ocean meets elevated hospitality. Dune House is being created to be more than a hotel. It will be a place to gather, recharge, and connect, shaped by the beauty of the shoreline and the spirit of the local community. Sage Studio, our in-house design and creative team, is leading the vision for this reintroduction. In collaboration with New York’s Islyn Studio, they are crafting interiors and experiences that balance sophistication with ease, creating spaces where design, food, and service reflect the rhythm of the coast. A new tide is rolling in. Change is in the air and on the horizon. Coming Spring 2026, One Ocean Resort & Spa will evolve into Dune House Hotel & Spa, a barefoot-luxury destination that is as soulful and spirited as our beach community. Over the next few months, we’ll share our progress right here so you can follow along with our exciting transformation. Until then, aside from a little dust, it’s business as usual, so don’t hesitate to come and stay.

  • At Sage, hospitality begins with the people who bring it to life each day. This week, during International Housekeepers Week, we celebrate our incredible housekeeping teams who make every guest feel cared for and every property feel like home. They are the quiet heartbeat of our hotels, creating comfort, consistency, and connection in ways that truly enrich lives. Their care turns rooms into welcoming spaces and hotels into places of belonging. To all of our housekeeping associates across the Sage portfolio, thank you. We are grateful for the pride you bring to your work and the difference you make every single day. We appreciate you!

  • We’re proud to partner with Blackbird Labs as it launches in Denver and Boulder with more than 50 local restaurants live on the app . At Sage, we believe in creating places people go to, not through — and Blackbird helps us deliver on that promise. As Justin Fowler, COO of Sage Restaurant Concepts, shared: “Blackbird is a game-changer for both building guest loyalty and cultivating a positive workplace atmosphere. Guests are rewarded every time they join us, and our team members are rewarded every time they check in at work.” This partnership deepens the connections in our restaurants, supports our associates, and enriches lives across Denver’s vibrant culinary community. • On the Not Done podcast, Daniel del Olmo joins host Sloan Dean to talk about why human warmth beats sameness, how food and beverage can be the soul of a hotel, and where AI can remove friction so our teams can enrich more lives. Highlights: “Consistency without humanity is mediocrity.” Build places locals love first, then put rooms on top. AI as a force multiplier that gives time back to hosts and guests. If you care about experiential hospitality, talent, and scaling with soul, this one’s worth a listen. https://lnkd.in/gvhFAfRH

  • Today is AHLA’s Hotel Employee Day, and we couldn’t let it pass without celebrating the people who make hospitality what it truly is. To every associate in our Sage family: thank you. Because of you, our hotels aren’t just places to stay, they’re places where people feel seen, supported, and cared for. We’re grateful for everything you do to enrich lives, one experience at a time.
